• Payment for your subscription fails or is disputed

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

FastStats.io offers multiple subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Forever free for 1 website with limited features
• Pro Plan: $9.90/month with enhanced features
• Enterprise Plan: $99.00/month with full features and support

Plan details, features, and pricing are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Billing and Payment

For paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle
• All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription. Refunds for the Free plan are not applicable.

5.4 Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

• Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated charges
• Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
• Data retention policies apply based on your current plan

5.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period
• Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan unless you delete it

6.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT use FastStats.io to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to compete with or harm our business
• Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6.3 Compliance with Privacy Laws

You are responsible for ensuring your use of FastStats.io complies with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR. This includes:

This aggregated data does not identify you or your websites.

8. Service Availability and Support

8.1 Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.95% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Emergency maintenance or security updates
• Events beyond our control (force majeure)
• Infrastructure or third-party service failures

8.2 Customer Support

Support levels vary by plan:

• Free Plan: Community support and documentation
• Pro Plan: Email support with 24-48 hour response time
• Enterprise Plan: Priority support with 24/7 availability and dedicated account management

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Our Intellectual Property

FastStats.io, including its design, features, software, content, and trademarks, is owned by INUX Cloud s.r.o. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

11.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Cost of substitute services or procurement
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

This limitation does not apply to:

• Our gross negligence or willful misconduct
• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless INUX Cloud s.r.o., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Content you upload or transmit through the Service

13. Modifications to the Service and Terms

13.1 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and INUX Cloud s.r.o. regarding the Service.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

16.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
